The hanging weight estimate is 110lbs

You will expect to get no less than 60lbs of vacuum sealed pork.

• 2 Smoked Ham hocks
• 7lbs minimum Thick-cut Bacon OR 1 Fresh Pork Bellies
• Loin chops 35 at 1/2" OR 18 if at 1 1/4"
• 1 Whole pork tenderloin
• 1 Boston Butt roast OR 8 Boneless Country style ribs
• 7 Shoulder steaks 5/8"
• 1 Racks of Baby Back ribs
• 1 racks of St Louis style ribs
• Pork Stir Fry OR Ground pork 3lbs
• Pan sausage OR Ground pork (German, Maple, Italian, Chorizo or Hot) Choose one flavor! -15 lbs minimum
• 1 Whole hog head
• 2 Pig Feet

Once placing your order, we will contact you to arrange pick up from Harris County Farm Processor in Crosby.

Delivery also available anywhere in the Greater Houston area

These deposits are non-refundable. Once paid, the animal will be taken to the processor, in your name.
