You will expect to get no less than 172lbs of vacuum sealed pork.

• 16 center-cut cured ham steaks 3/4" OR fresh pork steaks 1/2" or 3/4"
• 4 Smoked Ham hocks
• 14lbs minimum Thick-cut Bacon OR 2 Fresh Pork Bellies
• 70 Loin chops at 1/2" or 36 at 1 1/4"
• 2 Whole pork tenderloins
• 2 Boston Butt roasts OR 16 Boneless Country style ribs
• 14 Shoulder steaks 5/8"
• 2 Racks of Baby Back ribs
• 2 racks of St Louis style ribs
• Pork Stir Fry OR Ground pork 6lbs
• Pan sausage OR Ground pork (German, Maple, Italian, Chorizo or Hot) Choose one flavor! - 30lbs minimum
• 1 Whole hog head
• 4 Pig Feet

Once placing your order, we will contact you to arrange pick up from Harris County Farm Processor in Crosby.

Delivery also available anywhere in the Greater Houston area

These deposits are non-refundable. Once paid, the animal will be taken to the processor, in your name.
