1/8 Butchered Steer

For the Empty nesters, who don't need as much as a 1/4 steer, but still want to buy in bulk.

After carefully dry aging the steer, we have broken it down to bring you this very versatile beef package, which includes:

• 85/15 ground beef 25lbs (1lb packs)
• 2 Filets (2inch)
• 2 shoulder or round roasts 3-4lbs each
• 2 NY strips Bone-in (1 1/4in)
• 2 Ribeyes Bone-in (1 1/4in)
• 1 whole Tri Tip or Picanha (4-6lbs)
• 1 Denver or Delmonico steak (1 1/2in)
• Fajita Steak 2lbs+
• Beef ribs 8lbs
• 2lbs pure beef sausage links
• 1 Dino Sirloin (1 1/4in)
• 2 London Broil steaks (1 1/4in)
• 1/2 Brisket point or flat approx 8lbs
