You will expect to get no less than 60lbs of vacuum sealed pork.

• ~ 1 St.Louis Style Ribs
• ~ 1 Christmas ham 8-10lbs (smoked or fresh)
• ~ 8-10 Ham Steaks (fresh or smoked)
• ~ 5 lbs Pork Stir Fry
• ~ 9 lbs Bacon
• ~ 25lbs minimum pan sausage or ground pork (German, Maple, Italian, Chorizo or Hot) Choose one!

Once placing your order, we will contact you to arrange pick up from Elstner's Processing in Weimar or we can meet at the Buc-ees in Katy TX

These deposits are non-refundable. Once paid, the animal will be taken to the processor, in your name.
