You will expect to get no less than 172lbs of vacuum sealed pork.

~1 Pork Roast Approx 3-4lbs

~Approximately: 35-40 - Boneless Loin Chops (thick or thin)

~ 2 whole Pork Tenderloins

~ 4 Smoked Ham Hocks

~ 2 Baby back Ribs

~ 2 St.Louis Style Ribs

~ 1 whole ham 8-10lbs (fresh or smoked)

~ 8-10 Ham Steaks (fresh or smoked)

~ 5 lbs Pork Stir Fry

~ 18 lbs Bacon

~ 50 lbs minimum pan sausage OR ground pork (German, Maple, Italian, Chorizo or Hot)

These deposits are non-refundable. Once paid, the animal will be taken to the processor, in your name.
