• You will expect to get no less than 172lbs of vacuum sealed pork.

  ~ 1 whole ham
  ~ 10 Ham Steaks
  ~ 5 lbs Pork Stir Fry
  ~ 18 lbs Bacon
  ~ 70 lbs pan sausage or ground pork
  (German, Maple, Italian, Chorizo or Hot)

These deposits are non refundable. Once paid, the animal will be taken to the processor, in your name.
